Membership to the Wake Collaborative Family Law Group is by invitation only. Members of the Wake Collaborative Family Law Group have met the following requirements:
1. At least five (5) years experience practicing family law in North Carolina.
2. At least fifty (50) percent of practice area in family law.
3. Completion of SIX (6) hours of CLE approved by the WCFLG Steering Committee that focuses on Collaborative Law prior to membership.
4. Abiding to the Principles and Guidelines for the Practice of Collaborative Law.
5. Use of the approved Collaborative Law Agreement or the Collaborative Law Pledge.
6. Membership in the IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals).
